What Oort writes
{
"mcpServers": {
"oort": {
"type": "stdio",
"command": "/abs/path/to/oort",
"args": ["mcp", "--project", "${workspaceFolder}"]
}
}
}command is the full path of your installed oort. The rest of the file stays as it was. The first change keeps a copy of the original next to it, ending in .oort-backup.
Undo
oort disconnect cursorThis removes only the oort entry. Your memories stay in ~/.oort. If something does not work, see Troubleshooting.
Which memories it sees
Cursor fills in ${workspaceFolder} with the folder you have open. Oort then uses that project's memories, plus your global ones.
