Tell us which assistant or agent you used, roughly when it happened and the exact message you saw. Never send an API key, an Oort key or a password.
Claude and ChatGPT connector
"Oort Pro isn't active on this account"
The connector needs Oort Pro with Oort Cloud. Check your plan on your account page.
"You didn't allow this assistant to ..."
You left that permission unticked when you connected. Disconnect the assistant on your account page, connect again from the assistant and allow it.
"Open this link in the same browser where you started connecting"
Signing in has to finish in the browser that started it. Start again from the assistant and stay in the same browser.
Stop an assistant using your memory
Your account page lists every connected assistant. Disconnect ends its access straight away. Setup steps are in Connect from Claude or ChatGPT.
